As for virus protection, it is supported, but they should exclude these folders (for performance reasons):

- C:\Program Files (x86)\RadiantGrid Technologies\LogFiles

- C:\Storage\Encoded Files (or whereever they may have moved this folder to)

- C:\Storage\Asset Cache (or whereever they may have moved this folder to)

- any watch folders

- any output folders for renditions
